Academic Systems Group (ASG)

The Academic Systems Group (ASG) manages a suite of applications referred to as Academic Information Systems (AIS). The AIS suite of applications manages the data used to support the UCSC academic mission with the Oracle/PeopleSoft Campus Solutions suite of software. AIS is the system of record for Academic Advising, Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions, Campus Community, Financial Aid, Student Business Services, and Student Records.

ASG administers the AIS MyUCSC portal for students, faculty, and staff; the Narrative Evaluation System (NES); the Graduate Admissions Review Portal (GARP); the Transfer Credit Summary System (TCSS); and Resource25.
