CruzPay ia a web-based system that is used for recording time worked and leave used, automating accrual and overtime calculations, and tracking and reporting time and attendance data.

Employees enter time worked and/or leave taken on a regular (daily, weekly, or monthly) frequency. Time off balances, such as vacation, sick time, or comp time, will be current and accessible via the web interface.

Both exempt and non-exempt employees will use CruzPay. Exempt employees will continue to record leave taken in whole day increments. Non-exempt employees will continue to record time worked and leave taken to the nearest quarter hour.

You need to fill out an Overtime Request Form and have it signed by your supervisor if you work any overtime hours. For a tutorial on Overtime Standard and Overtime Premium go to the Time and Attendence Website.
