General ITS Templates

This section provides ITS staff access to templates for official ITS documents, reports, agenda/minutes, presentations, one-page documents, and office memos and letterhead. Each template incorporates the ITS and/or campus graphic identity standards.

These files are MS Word .doc and PowerPoint files. You can use them as they are, or save them as MS Word templates. For information on working with templates, download the instructions below.

183K	Document Template	For official ITS documents, including reports, updates, charters, policies, and document plans.
173K	Simple Document Template	For less formal ITS documents, including reports and updates. Same as document template but with less styles.
148K	Agenda Template	Meeting agenda template for black and white copy.
151K	Minutes Template	Meeting minutes template for black and white copy.
109K	One-page Template Portrait / Black & White	A one-page document that includes the ITS branding in portrait layout, for black and white copy.
106K	One-page Template Landscape / Black & White	A one-page document that includes the ITS branding in landscape layout, for black and white copy.

19K	Memo Letterhead Use Blue Paper	UCSC memos specific to ITS. Add your unit name in the header and print on blue paper.
