How to Reserve a Computer Lab & Request Lab Software

Please complete the following steps if you (faculty/TA's only) plan to use a computer lab to teach a class/section. Also use this form to request software installation in a computer lab, or if your students will need to use computer labs to complete homework for your class.

Steps to requesting a lab and lab software:

• Step 1 - Review important deadlines and policies for requests.
• Step 2 - Check availability by reviewing upcoming classes scheduled in computer labs.
• Step 3 - To choose which lab you would like to reserve, review lab descriptions.
• Step 4 - Complete the computer lab reservation/software form.

Within 3-5 business days, you will be contacted as your request is processed.

Important Notes:
Please submit a seperate form for each individual computer lab that you request.
Following your reservation confirmation, you will need to arrange the finals schedule seperately.
