Hours

Access to the Learning Technologies Suite at McHenry and the Faculty Instructional Technology Center is regulated by the posted McHenry Library Hours of operation and closed on all official campus holidays and designated curtailment periods.

Specific Service Hours

FITC Lab and Workroom Access 
  • Student Consulting Staff are available for drop-in consulting during the academic year Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
  • Summer Hours are Monday through Friday 9am-3pm

Staff Office Hours

Staff are available for appointments during normal business hours. For convenient scheduling during standard office hours use the campus Events Manager to select and register for the day and time that best suites your schedule. Office hours are held in 1330A Instructional Design and Consulting  Room

  • Tuesdays, 2:00 - 4:00 pm
  • Fridays, 9:30 - 11:20 am

See events-manager.ucsc.edu to schedule your session during office hours. For appointments outside of these hours you may submit an ITR Service Request or call 459-5506.

Facility Use

To reserve and schedule time in our video conference rooms, instruction studios or editing suites clients must use the specific online forms for each of these services.
