We offer staff access to AIS data using the Cognos reporting tools Upfront, Impromptu reports, and PowerPlay cubes.

To obtain Cognos access, attend the Intro to AIS Reporting for Cognos class. You will receive your User ID and password shortly thereafter.

After the training, to request a report, email a completed AIS Report Modification and Request Form to ais-reports-help@ucsc.edu.
