Pricing

Basic network services are funded by the Information User (IU) assessment for all employees. Other network services are funded via approved recharge rates. 

Telephone and Network charges are calculated at the close of each month and transferred to FIS Banner.

Any questions regarding a bill or specific charges may be referred to itsbill@ucsc.edu or 459-5771.


Availability

Network services are available to all UCSC faculty, staff, students, and guests. The campus network is designed to function 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Please review the Network Service Level Agreement for additional information.
