ITS Holiday Closure Information 2009
This page provides information on the operations of Information Technology Services (ITS) during the upcoming holiday period and campus closure. Included are instructions on problem reporting during the closures. During the holidays and related closures, (831) 459-HELP (4357) will be the main number for departments to call to leave messages regarding critical system or service problems. Messages will be reviewed every six hours during the closures, and support staff will be on call to restore critical network and central server services in the event of any failures to these systems. Tickets opened in IT Request and emails sent to help@ucsc.edu will be answered after the holiday closures.
