The Project Management Group sponsors a monthly brown bag for Project Managers in ITS to learn more about each others projects, network, learn from each others experiences and have time for questions and answers about global project management issues.

The objectives of the brown bag are to:

• Provide a place for PMs to learn more about other projects within ITS and understand dependencies
• Provide a forum to network with other Project Managers
• Provide a forum to explore Project Management issues
• Gain feedback about the project management methodology
• Provide a forum to share lessons learned with other Project Managers
• Provide a forum of on-going Project Management Training and Methodology implementation
