As a result of the campus budgetary impacts, ITS has implemented a “Friday light” schedule for the ITS Support Center and reduced support hours for the Media Services front desk in order to accommodate budget cuts and furloughs. |
ITS Support Center Update
- Every Friday, the ITS Support Center will respond to only urgent priority help or service requests for all services. We will also take care of walk-ins for password pickups. All other requests will be responded to as time and resources allow or during the next regular business day.
Media Services Support Update
- In addition to Friday light days for the ITS Support Center, the Media Services front desk in Kerr Hall 149 has reduced hours of service help to faculty, staff, and students. New hours are: Monday-Friday 9AM to Noon and 1PM to 4PM.
Get Help the Following Ways
- Online (http://itrequest.ucsc.edu) or by email (help@ucsc.edu). IT Request tickets can still be submitted online or via email 24 hours/day. Support staff check tickets multiple times per day.
- Phone 459-HELP (9-4357). On Fridays, this number will be directed to voicemail that will be checked hourly.
- Walk-in - Kerr Hall 54 remains open M-F from 8AM – 5PM.
