Remote Control Policy
This software is configured to require your approval before any remote control session is started. IT staff are unable to remotely view or control desktop screens without your acknowledgement.
Important Security Information
ITS staff will only use QuickSupport in response to an IT Request ticket.
You will always be contacted by a Support Center tech via a phone call. We will never ask for your ID and password over email.
The name and phone number of the ITS technician is displayed in a separate small window during the remote control session. Make sure this matches the person on the phone with you.
