What is ResNet?

ResNet operates under the Information Technology Services Division, Customer Relationship Management group.  Our ITS staff and student technicians provide you with a wide range of in person or over the phone technical consultation, networking, and computing support. Throughout the school year, we are available to assist you if you have issues with your internet or computer (virus/malware, computer reformat and simple hard drive and memory installations).  The services that we provide come included with your housing package and are free of charge.

To get help, please call, open an ITRequest Ticket, or visit us in person. Our hours of operation are 10am to 5pm, Monday through Friday; excluding campus closures and federal/state holidays. During Fall Move-In Weekend and Welcome Week, our support hours are expanded to assist you with your technology needs.
