ResNet provides technical support for computers and select technology personally owned by actively enrolled students, provosts and college staff living in campus residential housing. Supported residential spaces include Undergraduate College Residential Halls and Apartments, Family Student Housing, the Camper Park, the Village, University Town Center and Graduate Apartments.

ResNet provides support for:

  • Computers (Desktops, Laptops and Notebooks)
    • Mac OSX: 10.8 (Mountain Lion) and newer
    • Microsoft Windows: Windows 7 and newer
    • Linux Operating System (primarily Ubuntu)
    • Chromebooks
  • Data backup and restoration
  • Virus/Spyware Cleanings
  • Anti-Virus installation
  • Reformat / Reinstallation of OS

  • External Hard Drives and Storage Devices

ResNet provides limited support for:

  • iPads and Tablets
  • Printers

  • Streaming Media Players (Apple TV, Chromecast, Roku)
  • Televisions

ResNet does NOT support:

  • VHS or DVD Players
  • Digital Video Recorders
