Cruzmail Spam Filter Creating a Cruzmail Spam Filter When you create a spam filter directly in your CruzMail account, you will be able to prevent spam from arriving into your email client software such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, etc. If you encounter problems after following these instructions, contact the ITS Support Center. Getting Started:
Note: This new rule should prevent the majority of spam from reaching both your client email software and your CruzMail Inbox. However, you should still login to the CruzMail Web client from time to time and check the Spam/Learn folder to check and make sure no legitimate email is landing there. Also, any spam in Spam/Learn will need to be deleted manually to remove them permanently. If you need any further help or have questions, please contact the ITS Support Center.
