 CruzTime - Campus Calendar System
CruzTime is the campus online calendar service for faculty and staff that facilitates group scheduling
and shared calendar access. CruzTime is available using a desktop client program or through the web
from any location. CruzTime is not used for classroom scheduling.
Using CruzTime
To Get an Account To request a new CruzTime account, submit an IT Request Ticket. Please provide your email address and department in the request. User's Guides CruzTime User's Guide - Basic Introduction (PDF) CruzTime User's Guide - Beyond the Basics (PDF) Self-Service Change Your CruzTime Password Reset Your CruzTime Password Working with calendars on behalf of others (CruzTime Designate) Archive your CruzTime Calendar Entries CruzTime Wireless Connectivity Features and Functions Web Access Access your CruzTime Calendar with a web browser Wired Syncing with PDAs CruzTime calendars can be synchronized with PalmOS Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) using the Oracle Sync for Palm software. Using a Palm PDA with CruzTime Setup for palmOne Treo 650 (Mac) Resource and Event Calendars Resource Calendars have limited functions and are used for meeting rooms, equipment sharing and vacation scheduling For Event calendars, call the ITS Support Center at 459-4357 or submit an IT Request ticket, Policy Policy for Use of UCSC Computing Facilities Information Technology Services will maintain only the Key dates from the Academic and Administrative Calendar. Groups and individual calendar users may chose to add other holidays and key dates. Pricing CruzTime accounts are available to faculty and staff free of charge. Student employee accounts require a faculty or staff sponsor. |
