PricingWe provide four hours per quarter of free technical assistance per instructor. If you need more than four hours of assistance per quarter, we can arrange for a recharge for services beyond four hours.
AvailabilityThe FITC lab is available to instructors and their designates (TAs, etc)
on a drop-in basis during normal business hours. Twenty-four hour access is available on request
via assigned door codes.
If you do not have a door code the FITC lab is open when FITC staff are in the office. While we usually have someone available during normal business hours (9am-5pm) our schedules are sometimes erratic so you may want to give us a call (459-5506) to make sure someone will be around.
Instructors may request 24 hour access by emailing us fitc@ucsc.edu or calling (459-5506).
