MyUCSC is UCSC's online academic information portal for students, faculty, and staff. Students use MyUCSC to enroll in classes, check their grades, view their financial aid and billing accounts, and update their personal information. Faculty can view and print their class rosters, email their classes, and post grades in MyUCSC. Staff use MyUCSC to view and update student information. Students:
Staff Access to Data Reporting: Cognos We offer staff access to AIS data using the Cognos reporting tools UpFront, Impromptu, and PowerPlay. To obtain Cognos access, attend the Intro to AIS Reporting class. You will receive your User ID and password shortly thereafter. For Cognos training, visit AIS Training. To request a report, email a completed AIS Report Modification and Request Form to ais-reports-help@ucsc.edu. |

Faculty accounts are created automatically when the faculty member has been added to payroll.
