There are many information technology services that new employees receive and use. This guide provides an overview
of the services available and how to access them.
Account Information
As a new UCSC employee, you are automatically assigned a CruzID, CruzMail, IT Request, and AFS account access.
If you haven't already heard from ITS via your alternate email address and you did not fill out your CruzID
for at your sign-up or for all other questions, please submit an email to help@ucsc.edu or call 831-459-HELP.
