• Initiating project work - problem definition, background research, brainstorming ideas, project selection, and help in the development of a proposal. We can also provide project management for larger scale projects as needed.
  
  
• Coaching - assist project leads in developing and managing steps in a project life cycle, utilization of the template documents such as proposals, scorecards, charters, change requests, and closure statements.
  
  
• Planning assistance - help identify resources, break down work, build schedules, audit phases, and review project progress.
