Mac OS X - LANDesk Agent Installation

Follow these instructions to install the Mac LANDesk agent software only when directed by the ITS Support Center.

Download the LANDesk Agent Installer from this link:

LANDesk Mac Agent 8.8

The installer is a compressed .zip archive. Open the archive to decompress it and you will then have the installer package.

Open the installer package to run the installer. You must be connected to the campus network for the installer to run properly.

Authorize the installation with an administrator password.

Click continue a few times to install the agent software.

When the installation is complete, you may delete the installer file.
