Reporting Telephone Trouble (Faculty and Staff) The Telephone Repair line, ext. 9-3111, is available 24 hours a day. Trouble can be reported via e-mail to: NetTel@ucsc.edu during business hours. Major system emergencies will be responded to out of hours, all other trouble calls will be responded to within normal business hours. Telephone trouble calls will be responded to within 24 hours of receipt. Telecommunications Services operates from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Escalation Occasionally customers require additional assistance to have their telecommunication issues resolved. Please contact the following managers who can assist you:
