Acrobat Term Site License (TSL)

The Acrobat TSL Program provides a low cost option for divisions, departments, units, or offices wanting to deploy Acrobat to their knowledge worker FTE. The Acrobat TSL Program is a twelve month term license with renewals and new orders taken in February. Participation in the Acrobat TSL Program ensures that license holders will receive all updates and upgrades to Adobe Acrobat Pro and can install Acrobat on all of their computers.

How to count FTE:
  • Full time faculty = 1 FTE
  • Part-time faculty= 1/3 FTE
  • Full time administrative staff= 1 FTE
  • Part-time administrative staff= 1/2 FTE
Students employed in non-academic positions are counted as part-time administrative staff, and students employed in academic positions (such as TAs and GSRs) are counted as part-time faculty.

Round up your FTE count for total.

Home Use - Acrobat TSL

The University has the option of granting limited “work at home use right” to University’s staff. Such a right permits staff to use the Educational Software Products on one personally owned computer or one computer provided by University, for
work-related purposes only. To be elgable, please request a "Exhibit C" document from ITS Software Licensing.
