Software Access and Installation
Adobe software can be installed as soon as SHI confirms receipt of order. Please open an IT Request Help Ticket choosing Request Type: My Computer/ Software Install when the Ship-To person on the order receives the receipt email from SHI. ITS staff will contact you to arrange for installation of your software. You will be required to provide verification of the purchase.

When Adobe has processed your order, an email receipt with a Log-In and a link to the Adobe download site will be sent to the Ship-To person on the order. Select User Type: License Holder and you will be taken to the log-in screen, you may need to set-up a password at this time. Just click Forgot Your Password and one will be emailed to you. Once logged-in you can get your key-code and download software if needed.

The Bay Tree Bookstore is participating in the Adobe Student Licensing Option. This program is open to all UCSC students, faculty and staff with a current campus ID card. Please see the Adobe Student Licensing Option web site for a list of available products.
Support Level
Level Two Software installation assistance is provided. Proof of license must be provided by client.
Support for installing Contribute is provided by the ITS Help Desk. Please contact them by clicking the links in the above toolbar.
