1) Release Awareness and Analysis - research new versions, review at Standard Desktop Support meeting

2) Design, Build & Test - if approved, test out new version on Test Cube computers

3) Rollout Planning - work with SDS Team as to best method/schedule to release

4) Distribute and Install

5) Release Review - see how it went, make improvements for next time
