Apple's Safari web browser is part of the Mac operating system.
Safari 4 was released in July 2009.

Software Support
Only the Mac OS X version of Safari is supported by the ITS Support Center. Safari on Windows XP and Vista is not supported.
Safari 3.2.1 and 4 are supported as noted on the ITS Standard Software Support list.
Software Installation
Safari is a free download from the Apple website. It is also included with the Mac OS X operating system.
