Running XP Pro or Vista using Parallels, Fusion or Bootcamp requires a Windows OS Upgrade License and Software Assurance (SA). Licenses should be purchased from SHI. Units licensed under MCCA Desktop are licensed and eligible. Downgrade rights allow for XP Pro installation with a Vista SA license. Price information.

Not allowed. The Mac OS X license allows you to install and use one copy of the Apple Software on a single Apple-labeled computer at a time.
