OK - A green dot indicates that email systems are available and functioning properly. |
|
Warning - A yellow dot indicates that at least one email system is showing a degrade in performance and/or experiencing an intermittent outage. |
|
Critical - A red dot indicates that an email system is experiencing an outage and unavailable. |
|
Unknown - A purple dot indicates that the email status report is unavailable. A purple dot doesn't necessarily mean that anything is wrong with the email systems. |
