Eudora Program Update Eudora Migration Support - Spring 2009 Update ITS has ended support for Eudora on January 30th, 2009. Since then, migrations to supported email programs, such as Thunderbird and Apple Mail, have continued. If you currently use Eudora, you can request assistance from the Support Center by submitting a ticket at itrequest.ucsc.edu, calling 459-HELP, or sending an email to help@ucsc.edu. August 2008 Update This is one of several periodic messages to remind you that ITS support for the Eudora email program will be ending on January 30th, 2009. The ITS Support Center is helping Eudora users change to a different supported email program. Many users have already received assistance migrating to another program. If you currently use Eudora, you can request assistance from the Support Center by submitting a ticket at itrequest.ucsc.edu, calling 459-HELP, or sending an email to help@ucsc.edu. We recommend first checking with your Divisional Liaison or local ITS staff to see if there is an established email migration plan for your area. This web page contains the ITS recommended email programs, migration options and pre-migration steps. All Eudora users should review this information before starting their migration.
