This is a list of campus business systems and their compatibility with Firefox 3. Firefox 3 was released on June 17th, 2008.

Firefox 2 Security Issue

Mozilla stopped releasing security updates for Firefox 2 in December 2008. They strongly suggest users upgrade to version 3. UCOP policy states that campus business systems with sensitive data need to have current security updates from the vendor. There are other web browsers, such as Internet Explorer and Safari, that can be used to connect to campus systems as well. Please refer to the system's minimum requirements to see what's compatible.

Firefox 3 system requirements: Windows 2000/XP/Vista and Mac OS X 10.4 and higher.
