Aisha Jackson joined UC Santa Cruz in August 2022, bringing over 15 years of higher education technology leadership experience. She has transformed Information Technology Services into a mission-focused division by implementing robust governance frameworks and emphasizing service excellence. Prior to joining UC Santa Cruz, she served as the University of Colorado Boulder’s first Assistant Vice Provost and Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Technology and Student Success, following international experience at the University of the West Indies.
