Biography, Education and Training

Angela Thalls is a certified User Experience Researcher, and a member of the ITS Experience Strategy and Design team at UC Santa Cruz. As a campus partner she provides UX research and design strategy on a range of academic and administrative initiatives. Possessing over two decades experience in higher education, Angela has previously held faculty positions at Emerson College and Rhode Island School of Design, as well as design positions in product, web and software development.
