Help & Support

  • To request ITS support with DocuSign, open a Support Ticket, or call 459-HELP (4357) or email help@ucsc.edu.
  • Call DocuSign support (1-206-965-8590).
  • DocuSign Support Center website has a wide variety of how-to guides, help articles, and training videos.
  • Create a DocuSign support ticket. To do so, log in to DocuSign. At the bottom of the page, under Help and Support, click on Support Home, click on More, click on Manage Cases and then click New Case.
