Access QuickSupport

QuickSupport is a tool used by ITS to provide remote computer assistance in support of the Service Desk and Standard Desktop Services. QuickSupport should only be run when you are on the phone with ITS support staff and ITS staff will only use QuickSupport in response to a service request.
