Planning and on-site event support at on-campus locations and many off-campus locations.

Request event support

  • Amplified sound systems with microphones, projected data or video displays, audio recording, and live streaming or hybrid conference systems
  • Setup and support with sound amplification, computer and video projection, video or audio recording, videoconferencing, and live or prerecorded video streaming

Event support fees are based on current equipment and labor rates

  • Student organization requests, SOAR events, and events using existing classroom media equipment must be scheduled in advance and follow the required steps
  • Payment is required with a valid FOAPAL, check, or cash payment (exact change only) at least seven days in advance
