- Minor, hands-on computer repairs and support for device maintenance, upgrades, and disposing e-waste. For other computer support, please contact your device’s manufacturer or a local repair shop
- Assistance removing copyrighted material to comply with DMCA violation policies and removing viruses and malware to comply with security policies

Requirements
- While connected to ResWiFi, some campus services may require the use of the Campus VPN
- Students must obtain their own hardware for connecting (i.e. wireless adapters) or repairs (i.e. replacement hard drives)
