- Real-time assistance with classroom technology in general assignment classrooms during scheduled instruction, with a callback or in-person response within 10 minutes between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
- When you call, you will be guided through troubleshooting steps over the phone, with in-person support dispatched if needed
- If you leave a voicemail message, a new help ticket will automatically be created and routed to get you the help you need
