AWS Academy
Amazon Web Services (AWS) Academy provides UCSC instructors with free, ready-to-teach cloud computing curricula that prepares students to pursue industry-recognized certifications and in-demand cloud jobs. Instructors can follow AWS Academy courses or use Learner Labs to provide students with a long-running lab environment to work on project work, lab exercises, or homework.

Features
- Instructors can follow AWS Academy courses or use Learner Labs to provide students with an environment to work on project work, lab exercises, or homework
- Courses: Instructors have access to templated courses on AWS Academy Canvas. Once students complete a course, they have access to a corresponding AWS Certification exam.
- Learner Labs: Access to more than 100 AWS services for students to work on project work, educator-designed lab exercises, or assignments. Each student receives a $50 budget to use AWS services for the duration of the lab (6 months max) – no credit card information is required.
