IT Project: Computer Provisioning Service Alignment
This project will standardize and streamline the computer lifecycle for Arts Division staff through centralized equipment procurement and provisioning, by building on the success of the Unified Computing Management (UCM) program developed for ITS staff. This effort aims to improve efficiency in computer purchasing and distribution, minimize risks presented by out of date hardware, and realize cost savings by taking advantage of bulk computer purchases.

Approach
- Gather and analyze data from the Arts Department to help inventory the current state
- Develop a computer replacement schedule
