Share your insights on Artificial Intelligence

UC Santa Cruz invites students, faculty, and staff to share their insights on Artificial Intelligence

The UC Santa Cruz Artificial Intelligence (AI) Council is asking students, faculty, and staff to share their experiences and perspectives on AI through a campus-wide survey open through November 14, 2025.

The feedback collected will directly inform university planning, resources, and policies related to artificial intelligence across learning, teaching, research, and administrative work.

“We want to hear from everyone—whether you’re using AI tools daily or haven’t engaged with them at all,” said Aisha Jackson, Vice Chancellor of Information Technology and AI Council Co-Chair. “Every perspective helps us understand the real needs and opportunities across our community.”

The voluntary and confidential survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Participants will need to authenticate with their UCSC CruzID and password to access the survey, but this information will only be used to verify UCSC community membership and will not be included in any reporting or analysis.

The AI Council has committed to using survey insights to support ethical, effective, and inclusive AI adoption that aligns with the university’s values and policies.

UCSC students, faculty, and staff can complete the survey through November 14, 2025.
