Network and device support for residential students including computer repairs, and support for television services.

Internet Support

Technical support and computer repairs

  • Help with software and operating system issues 
  • Limited hardware support (including replacement for network cards, RAM, SSDs, hard drives, and graphics cards)
  • Virus and malware scanning and removal (including support for DMCA and security policy compliance)
  • Hands-on assistance for basic repairs, device maintenance, and upgrades
  • Support for proper e-waste disposal
  • For major repairs, please contact your device’s manufacturer or a local repair shop

Television services

  • Free streaming TV through Xfinity, including HBO Max
  • Support for troubleshooting issues regarding Xfinity on Campus

Residential Network Support (ResNet) is provided at no cost

  • Students must obtain their own hardware for connecting (i.e. wireless adapters) or repairs (i.e. replacement hard drives)
  • Students dropping off devices for support must also drop off their power cords unless they are USB-C, Apple MagSafe, Dell barrel pin, or a universal AC power cord.

Residential Network Support (ResNet) is only provided to students living on campus
