Each department has unique needs; the Departmental Firewall Service Level Agreement is designed to capture these requirements in alignment with the service offering and act as a process reference document for personal in reporting or handling issues or requests. Due to the sensitive nature of some of these agreements, some content is only reachable based on a need to know.
