ITS  professional staff are available for recording and/or live-streaming of live events. We also are available for consultation on all aspects of video production including scripting, pre-production, field and studio shoots post-production and exporting to desired formats.

Contact us to set up a consultation meeting to discuss your project and work out a plan to efficiently create an end product that will accomplish your needs.  Please request video production services with at least 5 working days notice.  Large and complex projects should be given even more time for full completion.

Capabilities:

• Production/Post-production of scripted video programs and event documentation
• Multi-camera high-quality remote unit with live switching for remote location events (live, streaming on the web and/or recorded for later distribution)
• Distribution to and from most campus locations and classrooms via live streaming service
• Dubbing to and from most video standards

Video Duplication and Standards Conversion

ITS also provides duplication of videotapes, and translation between international video standards. Only copyright cleared materials can be considered for this service. Most requests can be handled within two working days.

Tape formats for transfer services include:

• DVCAM
• MiniDV
• Betacam
• 3/4"
• SVHS
• VHS

Tapes recorded in foreign video formats can also be converted (referred to as "standards conversion"). Please contact us for your specific needs to calculate time, cost and availability of your conversion request.
