Asana is an easy-to-use and powerful online collaborative project and task management environment. With Asana you can collaborate on projects or on teams with anyone on campus at any time.
Eligibility for Premium Features
All staff, faculty, and students can access premium features with UCSC's Enterprise Asana license.
Getting Started
Simply log in to Asana with your CruzID and Gold password. Your account will be created automatically.

The first step is to create a "Team" and then a "Project" within that team.
