Information Technology Services (ITS) offers technology and support to staff of the University Library. Support needs and requests are routed to the appropriate areas of the ITS division for support of standardized service offerings. Local Library ITS consultants support many of the specialized technologies within the Library and most importantly, can help you find the computing resources you're looking for and help you get started using the technology. Library ITS Services
- Consultation Services - Request a consultation with Library ITS to discuss upcoming projects, new technologies that are being explored, and other technology-based issues.
- Library Web Services - Request services or changes to the University Library's web systems, including the Drupal Web Content Management System (WCMS).
- Off-campus Access Proxy - Request new and routine changes, including help constructing database definitions and requesting EZproxy.Resources reloads.
