Diversity & Inclusion Group for ITS (DIG IT)

The Diversity and Inclusion Group in IT is an advisory group to the Vice Chancellor of Information Technology that examines diversity and inclusion efforts within the ITS Division, advises leadership on how to support building a diverse and inclusive culture, and helps direct priorities to meet divisional DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) goals.

DIG IT's Vision

The Diversity and Inclusion Group for ITS aims to build and foster a diverse and inclusive culture within ITS by advocating and cultivating deeper appreciation of our diverse community. We strive to evolve the ITS division into a more inclusive and equitable workplace that values, respects, and empowers all employees. Through these efforts, we hope to cultivate a comfortable work environment where all employees have a sense of belonging.
