Knowledge Lifecycle

lifecycleKnowledge articles must be regularly reviewed for accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness. This is especially important for publicly available knowledge articles, which should be reviewed, at a minimum, on an annual basis. Subject Matter Experts and Service Managers should determine whether or not to deviate from this guideline based on the content and purpose of the article.
