Project and Task Management Service Expanded - Asana Enterprise

Thanks to the support of Chancellor Larive, the UCSC’s Enterprise Asana Service has been expanded to include all campus faculty, staff, and students. 
 

What is Asana? 

Asana is a project and task management tool. Learn more about Asana in this short video. Note that UCSC’s enterprise license includes heightened data security and many premium features and service benefits.

  • Managing projects such as events, publications, capstone projects, software development, and more
  • Facilitating team collaboration and task tracking
  • Brainstorming, roadmapping, and strategic planning
  • Managing online requests, proposals, feedback, or approvals

Get started

Simply log in to Asana with your CruzID and Gold password. Your account will be created automatically. The first step is to create a "Team" and then a "Project" within that team.
