MyUCSC Campus Portal

loginMyUCSC is the university's online academic information systems portal for students, faculty, and staff. It is used by students to enroll in classes, check grades, view financial aid and billing accounts, and update their personal information. Faculty can view and print class rosters, email their classes, and post grades in MyUCSC. Staff members use the portal to view and update student information and to provide a number of direct services to students.

1) Clear your browser cache, quit your browser completely and try again. [more info on clearing cache]

2) Be sure you are using the right URL: https://my.ucsc.edu. Remove any extra characters that may be stored in your bookmark.

MyUCSC is in the Cloud!

Over the October 28-29 weekend, MyUCSC and affiliated AIS systems were moved to Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosting. Users should not experience any change in features, system behavior or performance as a result of this change.

MyUCSC now uses Shibboleth authentication

Beginning on October 29, the https://my.ucsc.edu URL will take you to the Shibboleth authentication page where you can sign in with your CruzID and Gold Password. Upon successful authentication, you will then be directed to a page that allows you to “enable accessibility mode” which will adjust page formatting for use with a screen reader. You have the option to check the box or leave it unchecked, and then select the “Continue to MyUCSC” button for access.

When you log out of MyUCSC or your session expires after 90 minutes of inactivity, you will be directed to this site. If you have more than one MyUCSC window open, some pages may redirect to a Shibboleth session expiration page instead of this site.
