No Advantage to Windows 11 Upgrade

ITS has finished testing for Windows 11 support and now we can support it for the campus community. However, we are not recommending clients upgrade at this point. Windows 11 has many interface and functional changes from Windows 10, but there is no advantage to upgrade from 10 to 11 unless there is a business need.
