Training for faculty in using Canvas is offered through the FITC. Explore these options:

One-on-One Support

  • If you need immediate help on how to use a Canvas feature, use the email, chat, and phone support links in your Canvas Help menu for 24x7 support. Just click on the Help icon in your Canvas course:

  • If you want a hands-on session to work with a FITC specialist on your course, request a session and we will schedule a Zoom meeting.
  • If you want to reach a FITC consultant, send email to canvas.help@ucsc.edu. You can also call 459-5506 and leave a message 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.
